Aimee and Oliver chose The Pear Tree in Purton for their September wedding, and it couldn’t have suited them better.

I’ve photographed at this venue a few times now, and every visit reminds me why couples love it — gorgeous architecture, beautiful gardens, and a layout that flows naturally throughout the day.

Their wedding had that perfect mix of relaxed, modern elegance with a warm, family-focused atmosphere.

2. The Ceremony: Elegant, Indoors & Beautifully Styled

Aimee and Oliver held their ceremony inside The Pear Tree’s gorgeous indoor space — bright, calm, and beautifully decorated.

The florals were a real standout, with whites, creams, and soft pinks framing the room and tying in perfectly with Aimee’s stunning dress. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, with just the right amount of emotion as they exchanged vows in front of their closest family and friends.

It was the perfect setting for a stylish September ceremony.

3. Drinks Reception in the Gardens

After the ceremony, everyone headed out onto the grounds to enjoy drinks and the late-summer warmth. The Pear Tree’s outdoor spaces are ideal for this part of the day — plenty of room for guests to mingle, explore, and relax.

It was a lovely chance to capture natural, unposed moments with friends and family.

4. Portraits Around The Pear Tree

Aimee and Oliver were an absolute joy in front of the camera — relaxed, natural, and fully in the moment.

We took a stroll around the gardens and the stone pathways to capture a mix of soft, elegant portraits and fun, candid moments between the two of them. The setting offered endless beautiful backdrops without ever feeling staged.

5. The Wedding Breakfast: Floral Elegance & Family Vibes

Inside, the reception space looked stunning. The team at The Floral Studio Purton created a gorgeous setup with fresh florals that matched the colour palette perfectly.

The atmosphere during the wedding breakfast was warm, relaxed, and full of laughter — speeches that hit the perfect balance of heartfelt and funny, and a room full of people truly enjoying the moment.

6. Evening Celebrations: Music, Energy & Dance Floor Fun

Once evening arrived, the energy lifted again. DJ V kept the dance floor packed, and guests were more than ready to show off their best moves. Aimee and Oliver led the way with a brilliant first dance, and from there it was just pure fun — the kind of dance floor where no one wants to leave early.
